Mercy Day Celebrations for Te Marama Atawhai – Mercy Month

Throughout our mercy ministries celebrations and events are being held to celebrate Mercy Day when on the 24th of September 1827, the first House of Mercy was opened in Dublin.

To the left is amongst the many celebrations throughout today, an invitation to tea from Healthcare Ministry  Te Korowai Atawhai Mercy Hospice Auckland.

St Mary’s College Wellington Staff and Students have invited guests to join them to celebrate Mercy Day at Grandparents’ Mass St Paul’s Cathedral, Hill Street, Thorndon, Friday 27 September, 9.15am. Followed by morning tea at Loaves and Fishes.

Community Ministry Te Waipuna Puawai will be combining their 20th anniversary Celebrations with Mercy Day.

Te Ngakau Waiora Mercy Spirituality Centre started their celebrations with a shared lunch on the 15th
